The Proposal
Introduction
Thank you for considering my proposal to provide comprehensive video coverage for the 2025 Farm Science Review (September 16-18, 2025). I am excited about the opportunity to capture the dynamic energy, educational content, and impactful experiences of this premier agricultural event. This proposal outlines my services, approach, and pricing for your review, including tiered package options to best suit your needs.
Scope of Work
I propose to:
1. Film each day of the event to capture key demonstrations, speakers, and activities.
2. Create a recap video showcasing the highlights of the event.
3. Capture interviews or testimonials from event planners, featured speakers, and/or attendees.
4. Produce social media-ready videos to generate excitement and engagement online.
To maximize coverage, I’d like assistance identifying special moments, key demonstrations, and scheduling interviews with VIPs.
