The Proposal

Introduction
Bluffton Exempted Village Schools holds a rich history that deserves to be celebrated and preserved. With the upcoming 165th anniversary, this marks a pivotal moment for the district. StandOut Creative Studio LLC proposes the creation of a comprehensive documentary that honors the school’s past, highlights the people who have shaped its journey, and looks forward to its promising future.
StandOut Creative Studio will create a 30 to 40 minute documentary, which will also be divided into standalone videos for quicker and easier viewing. This project will serve as a time capsule for generations to come, blending storytelling, interviews, and dynamic visuals to capture Bluffton Schools’ legacy.

Utilizing more (not less) interviewees in a 30-40 minute documentary offers several advantages. It provides diverse perspectives, which can add depth and richness to the story. By featuring different voices, you can showcase varying experiences, opinions, and emotions, making the documentary more engaging and relatable. Additionally, having more interviewees allows for multiple storylines and angles, keeping viewers engaged and offering more comprehensive insights into the topic. It also adds credibility to the documentary by highlighting a broader range of voices and expertise, which can help attract a wider audience and make the content more informative and compelling.
B-Roll Filming
Types of b-roll footage to be captured: Architectural shots of all buildings, interior classrooms and hallways, historical memorabilia, aerial drone footage, and current student activities.
Voiceover Production
Professional narration and script writing for introductions, outros, and transitions.
Voiceovers create cohesion by smoothly transitioning between segments and adding a professional polish, elevating the overall quality and sophistication of your documentary. They improve clarity by providing context to visuals and simplifying complex topics, while also adding emotional impact to engage viewers.
